X	< R (:) >	The central x coordinates value (the user coordinates) of a box graph.
Y	< R (:) >	The y coordinates value (the user coordinates) of the edge of a box graph.
Type	< I >	A line type.
Index	< I >	Line index.

When type, index are not specified,value set by
DclSetFrameType , DclSetFrameIndex , is used. Each Initial value be 1,1.
Type, index that designated it here The value that was done Setting by an above Setting routine is not modified.
