		% mkdir jtex-1.7 ; cd jtex-1.7
		% zcat ../jtex-1.7.tar.gz | tar xvf -
		% cd util/makeindex/src

	1. makefile の編集. 漢字コードの設定
	 	FLAGS        = -O -DKANJI -DEUC

	2. make
		% make

	3. インストール
		# make install
		# cp ../doc/makeindex.l /usr/local/man/man1/makeindex.1
